In her “Homecoming” documentary, Beyoncé touched on the amount of work she had to do to get in shape for her Coachella 2019 performance, and today she uploaded a video providing additional detail on her work out and diet regime.
In addition to her own journey, the video provides a platform to promote “22 Days Nutrition,” a membership-based program launched by Beyoncé and exercise physiologist Marco Borges that provides guidance for creating a healthy diet.
The video kicks off with Beyoncé on what she describes as day one of rehearsals for Coachella 2018. As she steps on a scale, she states, “Good morning, it’s 5:00 Am and this is day one of rehearsals for Coachella. Everyone woman’s nightmare, this is my weight, 175, long way to go. Let’s get it.”
According to the visual, the 37-year-old, mother of three followed the 22-days program for 44 days to meet her Coachella weight goals.
