Off-White designer Virgil Abloh on Instagram confirmed a new logo, one that first popped up on the label’s spring ’20 women’s “Meteor Shower” runway in Paris last week.
The new logo features the silhouette of a face with two hands to either side. One of the hands is positioned under the word “Off” and the other under the word “White.”
Off-White filed the registration for the logo in mid-September, according to Justia.com, The new mark is described as “a sinking person’s hands and face below the words “Off” and “White.” One advantage of the new logo is that it’s a distinct design unlike Off-White’s x and horizontal stripe logos, which are much more challenging marks to defend.
Off-White is already selling the new logo in the form of two women’s t-shirts on its online store. It’s also being used on at least one storefront flag.
