Australian eyewear brand Quay has tapped Grammy-Award winning Lizzo for a summer collection of sunglasses. The eight featured silhouettes run the gamut, from cat eye and aviator to full coverage shield.

“My style is always evolving. I like to mix it up, and I love that this collection has a little bit of everything,” Lizzo (real name Melissa Jefferson) noted in a press release. “There’s one with glitter lenses, another with star-shaped studs. I like those kinds of special details. These glasses are fun and different.”

Ranging in price from $55-$65, Lizzon’s collection is included in a buy-one-get-one-free promotion that runs from May 20-25, 2020. As well, Quay is donating a portion of each sale to Feeding America. You can find Lizzo’s shades on quayaustralia.com.

Noah founder and J Crew men's creative director Br Noah founder and J Crew men's creative director Brendon Babenzien has a certified hit on his hands. Part of his debut collection with the retailer, the men's "giant fit" chino priced at 89.50 is 100% sold out! Relecting the popularity of the silhouette, the women's wide-leg pleated cargo is also sold out.

With wider fits and chino swinging back into popularity, we can't help but wonder what sneakers and shoes will be coming along for the ride. Any nominations?

The GOAT Serena Williams says farewell to her care The GOAT Serena Williams says farewell to her career as a professional tennis player in the September issue of American Vogue.

In the cover story, which is a must read, Williams shares some thoughts on her evolution away from tennis and says,"Believe me, I never wanted to have to choose between tennis and a family. I don’t think it’s fair. If I were a guy, I wouldn’t be writing this because I’d be out there playing and winning while my wife was doing the physical labor of expanding our family. Maybe I’d be more of a Tom Brady if I had that opportunity. Don’t get me wrong: I love being a woman, and I loved every second of being pregnant with Olympia. I was one of those annoying women who adored being pregnant and was working until the day I had to report to the hospital—although things got super complicated on the other side. And I almost did do the impossible: A lot of people don’t realize that I was two months pregnant when I won the Australian Open in 2017."

The cover editorial was styled by Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, who in 2020 became the first black woman to style a U.S. Vogue cover.

This cover was also one of the last projects hairstylist #LatishaChong worked on before she sadly passed away in July this year.
