We may be in the midst of a global pandemic, but singing duo Chloe x Halle are staying booked in busy in 2020. Following the release of their well-received Ungodly Hour album, the duo performed at BET’s virtual award show, and this week were announced as Fendi‘s “Me and My Peekaboo” bag campaign.
Celebrating the 12th anniversary of Fendi’s popular Peekaboo bag, Chloe and Halle Bailey are featured in campaign images and video shot poolside at their Los Angeles home.
In a first for Fendi, creative director Silvia Venturini provided the sisters with full creative control of the video their featured in. “They are so talented but they are also beautiful and they represent today’s generation so well. They are professional, and active socially. They are examples of how young people are making their voices heard today,” Fendi commented on the effort.
