Billionaire Girls Club Celebrates Relaunch With Jillian Evelyn Capsule

September 18, 2020. Leave a Comment

Pharrell Williams‘ Billionaire Girls Club re-launched this week with a capsule collection featuring the work of Los Angeles-based artist Jillian Evelyn, a painter known for striking illustrations of women in angular yet soft poses reflecting their struggles to fit into a world that often opposes them.

Reflecting the theme of Evelyn’s work, the Billionaire Girls Club collection is titled “Universe is Woman.” Comprised of streetwear staples like hoodies, sweatpants and bucket hats, offerings contrast Eveylyn’s lively silhouettes of women against either a yellow or white backdrop.

Based in Los Angeles, Evelyn is a graduate of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Before pursuing a career as a full time painter, she worked as a footwear designer for several years.

Look for Billionaire Girls Club and Evelyn’s capsule to launch on September 18th on bbcicecream.com.
