New York-based Foot Locker continues its streetwear-related initiatives with the launch of “Behind Her Label,” an initiative meant to help close the gap that exists between men and women in streetwear by elevating and providing resources to emerging female streetwear designers.

The platform was launched this month with three labels designed by women: LIVSTREETWEAR by Olivia Anthony, Sticky Baby by Amanda Litzenberg, and eponymously-named Shana Sadeghi-Ray.

Check out a sampling of the items the three designers created for Foot Locker along with a short bio below.

LIVSTREETWEAR

Born in Alabama and now based in New York, Anthony started up LIVSTREETWEAR label attending college in 2012. The label is known for its distinct A logo and a talent for elevating classic streetwear silhouettes through unexpected color stories and graphics. As such, it’s not surprising LIVSTREETWEAR’s designs have been spotted on style statement makers SZA and Kehlani.

Sticky Baby

New York-based Litzinger launched her label on Etsy in New York in 2012 after attending Fashion Institute of Technology. Stickybaby has become known for using classic silhouettes as a canvas to make thought provoking and just plain funny comments on pop culture.

Shana Sadeghi-Ray

Sadeghi-Ray’s efforts ae underpinned by the designer’s background in fine arts and work in graphic design. Her designs are inspired by fandom culture, dollar stores and her love of basketball.

All three collections made exclusively for Foot Locker are now live on the designers’ respective websites: livstreetwear.com, stickybaby.com and shanasadeghariy, com.
