H&M has revealed all the items in its collaboration with Simone Rocha, a full wardrobe of items for women, men and children. The collection is described in press as “an amalgamation of a decade of design, featuring a cross-pollination of Rocha’s sensibilities and signatures, as well as paying tribute to Ireland, Hong Kong, texture, shape, tactility, history, family, intimacy and joy.”
While the collection is full of Simone Rocha’s irreverent party frocks, there are also casual pieces including hoodies, t-shirts (detailed with pearls) and joggers.
Weighing in on the effort, Rocha said, “I hope that the items in this collection will be worn and treasured for years to come. They were all informed by ideas and inspirations that have shaped me and my brand over the last 10 years, and I am so excited to see them worn out-and-about and interpreted and styled in new ways.”
While we’ve gone through an extended period of extreme casual dressing due to the impact of COVID-19, it might just be Simone Rocha’s dressier offerings are arriving right on time for a world in the beginning stages of going out again whether to church, wedding or family gatherings.
