New York-based swimwear label Solid & Striped has teamed with Emily Oberg’s label Sporty & Rich on a capsule of swimwear featuring three silhouettes offered in either navy or cream. The capsule features the Jemma one-piece, Jayden bikini top and Jayden bottom.
“I’m most excited about this collaboration because I’ve been a longtime fan of Solid & Striped and I love working with brands and people that we admire. Doing swim was a natural progression for us because I live in swimwear. I swim at least three to four times a week and I love being in the water, there is something so therapeutic and calming that it’s addicting for me,” Oberg stated in a press release.
Made in Spain and constructed using a subtle ribbed fabrication, each pieced is detailed with a circular Sporty & Rich Health & Wellness Club logo.
As part of Sporty & Rich’s commitment to environmental consciousness, for each item sold the company will donate funds for a tree to be planted through Eden Reforestation Projects in Madagascar.
Priced from $88 each for the bikini top and bottom and $178 for the one-piece, all three items will launch on sportyandrich.com at 12:00 PM EST on May 17, 2021, followed by a launch on solidandstriped.com on May 22nd.
