New Balance Extends Partnership With Tennis Player Coco Gauff

Boston-based New Balance has announced Coco Gauff has has signed a long-term extension to her endorsement deal with the brand. To celebrate the new contract, New Balance has announced a new teal and orange colorway of Gauff’s Coco CG1 signature tennis shoe dubbed “All in the Family.”

Gauff’s partnership with New Balance kicked off four years ago when she was 14-years old. She is currently ranked as the No. 4 single player globally and the No. 2 doubles player.

Now 18, Gauff shared her thoughts about being sponsored by New Balance: “I couldn’t ask for a more committed team that is forward-thinking in their approach and match my love for the game with their passion for quality and creativity. New Balance has supported me since my junior tennis years and has been by my side for the biggest moments of my career. The team feels like family, so it was an easy decision to extend with a team that has embraced me as a person and genuinely works to help bring out my best.”

Priced at $170, New Balance’s Coco CG1 will launch on newbalance.com and at select global retailers on November 3, 2022.
