Following the release of JESUS IS KING, Kanye West‘s eighth studio album, the enigmatic entertainer staged a “Sunday Service” concert on Sunday (October 27, 2019) in Inglewood, Los Angeles at The Forum.
West was positioned in the center of a circular stage that included the backing band and choir, all of whom were dressed in white. The perimeter of the stage was lined with wild flowers and greenery.
The set list for the event included “Closed on Sundays,” “Saint Pablo,” “Selah,” “Ultralight Beam,” “Jesus Walks” and “Jesus Is Lord,” among others. (There’s a full set list in the comments under the video.)
In addition to a sermon from Pastor Adam Tyson, the event included performances by The Clipse and Kenny G, both of whom are featured on JESUS IS KING. West’s daughter North West also briefly took the mic.
