Stüssy's New York store is opening on February 14th.

Located at 50 Prince Street, near Mulberry Street, this new addition joins a vibrant retail block alongside @242mulberry, @standardandstrange, @osswaldnyc, and @aimeleondore, among others.

Previously Stüssy's retail store in New York was located on 176 Spring street, and is now the Denim Tears African Diaspora Goods store.

Former Celine designer Hedi Slimane also weighed in on the frenzy, taking to Instagram where he provided the back story on the jeans he designed when he was still with the label: "In his Spring/Summer 2020 collection for Celine, Hedi Slimane, who launched the skinny jeans in the late 90’s at YSL and Dior Homme, introduced his first flared jeans as a tribute to [French singer] Serge Gainsbourg. These jeans were showcased during his Celine fashion show on June 23, 2019."
