Solange Knowles just unveiled her short film "Shakersss.mov" (2025), set to screen at MOCA Los Angeles from February 16 to May 4.

Directed, edited, and shot by Solange, the eight minute and fourteen second VHS film captured in Yucatán, Miami, and New York is part of American Gurl: home-land, an exhibition curated by Kilo Kish and Zehra Ahmed.

Solange shared the film’s intro on her website, writing, “What it dooo fam. Hey! Hold on to the people, places, and things that make u feel seen, held, and safe! And hold on to yourself when the tide is low. I made this lil film Shakersss for absolutely no reason other than a reminder to myself that light always reveals itself, and if you water the questions enough, answers will rise within you with unshakable faith. To hold a mirror to myself when I needed to see her the most. To see me like iii see meee. Thank u I dance, thank u I swim, thank u I pray, thank u I ring bells, thank u I bang bang. Watawatawatawatawatawatawata. I wanna be big like her, loud like her, still like her, blue like her, black like her, clear like herrrr. Life is hard, so much turmoil all around us, on this planet, sometimes I just don’t know where to turn. But alas, here we all are, still showing up, feet in soil, hands waving like shakers and stars, doing our best, and giving thanks tenfold to all on the journey with ussss. All love, Solo.”

Kim Jones is stepping down as artistic director of

Kim Jones is stepping down as artistic director of Dior Men after six years at the helm, the house announced today. Delphine Arnault, Dior’s chairman and CEO, praised his creative vision and impactful collaborations, while Jones expressed gratitude for the atelier, artists, and friends who supported his journey.

His final show last week received rave reviews and was followed by a knighthood, Jones, who previously led Louis Vuitton Men’s was at the helm of the iconic 2017 LV x Supreme collaboration. Other noteworthy Dior collabs include Kaws, Daniel Arsham, Stussy, Stone Island, Denim Tears and the appointment of Ambush's Yoon Ahn as men's jewelry design director from 2018 to 2022.

This shift aligns with rumors that Jonathan Anderson may take over as creative director for both Dior Men and Women, where Maria Grazia Chiuri currently leads the women's division.
