Sometimes the way to do the most is to keep things simple. Such is the case with Kith‘s latest launch, titled “Tokyo Sakura Project,” which includes classic silhouettes with details that upon closer examination imbue a quiet upgrade. Tops feature multiple panels, quilting details, hidden zippers and collars featuring snap holders, while bottoms include features like cotton jersey lining, knee panels, ankle zipper cuffs and 3M trim. (On a side note, it’s great to see the brand go back to its lookbook roots of presenting unisex lookbooks featuring women.)
The collection also includes a sub-capsule collaboration with John Elliot + Company that is comprised of two sweatpants, a Mercer tee and a new top silhouette called the Villain hoody. Offerings are anchored by a Puma collaboration with Ronnie Fieg on the R698 style, as well as a custom-designed silhouette by Fieg, entitled the RF698 Mid. Prices for all items in the launch range from U.S. $80-$188. These items will launch March 28th at 11AM at Kith.com and at Kith’s location in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
