Global eyewear giant Ray-Ban has linked with house and techno DJ Peggy Gou on an appropriately fly pair of sunglasses. Offered in either an oval or square-shaped silhouette, both feature a gold frame and include the first accessory ever sold with Ray-Ban eyewear, a gold chain, detailed with Gou’s initials.
Ran Ban’s collaboration with the Korean-born/Berlin-based Gou is part of a brand effort highlighting individuals with music talent.
The effort with Ray Ban follows Gou’s launch of women’s streetwear label Kirin, an effort done in partnership with Milan-based New Guards group.
Now available at retail, Ray Ban and Gou’s glasses are priced at $173 for the oval pair and $223 for the square.
