The Louis Vuitton pop-up shop tour continues with the Paris luxury closing down shop in Chicago, and heading to New York City, where menswear designer Virgil Abloh opens the next temporary retail location.
Located in Manhattan’s Lower East Side neighborhood, the store truly stands out thanks to a bright green exterior that includes a nearby color-coordinated mailbox, fire hydrant and bicycle. The interior of the store is a story in color coordination with furniture, sculptures and fixtures all covered in the same shade of green.
The location perfectly syncs up with the theme of the fall presentation, whose set took inspiration from the neighborhood’s famed gritty aesthetic.
Offerings at the store include a curated selection of items from the fall 2019 collection, including clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. Similar to the orange capsule that was exclusive to the Chicago store, the Lower East Side pop up will carry special items only available at the location.
Louis Vuitton’s Lower East Side pop up store will be open from July 12-21 from 12:00-9:00 PM and is located at 100 Rivington Street. Visit louisvuitton.com for details on the store’ location.
