Designer Virgil Abloh continues a focus on good deeds, this time partnering with UNICEF on a Louis Vuitton Silver Lockit bracelet taking inspiration from elements of his spring 2020 collection. The bracelet combines a black, orange, green or blue cord with a chain link detailed with a silver Louis Vuitton charm and an engraved padlock.
The latest version of Louis Vuitton’s Silver Lockit bracelet is part of an ongoing effort to raise funds for UNICEF, as part of the organization’s efforts to provide water, sanitation, nutrition, education, health and protection to people in need throughout the world with an emphasis on Syrian refugee children and their families. According to Louis Vuitton press, “Since the launch of the Silver Lockit in 2016, the partnership has raised over seven-million dollars for UNICEF.
Priced at $425, the bracelet will launch on February 21. 2020 on louisvuitton.com and in select Louis Vuitton stores globally.
