Off-White Announces Second Collection Of Home Goods

October 5, 2020. Leave a Comment

Milan-based Off-White as lead by Virgil Abloh continues its foray into home goods with a second installment of goods capable of adding an element of panache to every room in the house.

Much more extensive than the first launch, the 80-piece collection covers every corner of the house with a deck chair, stool, doormat, clock, hand mirror, bathrobe, pajamas, slippers, various ceramic plates, hair brush, comb, tooth brush, blanket, towel, pillow, umbrella and umbrella stand, glass straw, door stopper and for those seeking 365-degree Off-White coverage, four different variations of wallpaper.

Many of the items are detailed with circle-shaped cut outs or graphics, a design theme described as meteor strikes that made its debut on Off-White’s fall 2019 runway and has become a reoccurring motif for the label.

Abloh first tested the home goods waters with a collaboration with IKEA that was announced in 2017 and launched in November 2019. Not long before the IKEA launch, Off-White debuted it first collection of items for the home, divided into three categories: “BED,” “CERAMICS” and “BATH.”

Priced from $55 for a notepad up to $1,550 for a linen bed set, Off-White’s extensive collection of home goods is now available exclusively on 1stdibs.com. The collection will launch on the brand’s online shop on October 6, 2020, followed by Farfetch and select Off-White stores on October 7th.
