In a move that makes a ton of sense, Crocs has expanded offering to include socks. In keeping with its plan to be carbon neutral by 2030, the company has partnered with California-based manufacturer FutureStitch, whose textiles and practices place an emphasis on social and environment consciousness.

Launching with a debut collection of 23 different SKUs, the socks are inspired by footwear within Crocs’ Classic collection, including the brand’s Crocs Classic clog, and Jibbitz charms.

“We’re a brand that celebrates self-expression through personal style and Croc Nation has been confidently rocking their Crocs with socks for years now,” said Heidi Cooley, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Crocs. “This is something our fans have been asking for, so we’re thrilled to introduce the new Crocs Socks collection around the world and encourage everyone to be comfortable in their own shoes.”

Crocs first experimented with making stand-alone socks with its second Justin Bieber collaboration. Each pair of clogs came with Jibbetz and white athletic socks. Prior to Bieber, Crocs and Alife release a Crocs Classic clog with a built-in sock.

Sized for adults and children, Crocs socks are priced from $14.00-$24.99 for a pack of three. The debut collection will launch on July 27, 2021 in the United States, Europe, Japan and South Korea and Japan on crocs.com. The socks also will be sold through select wholesale accounts.

When we raised the idea of having a marching band, we wanted the energy, spirit, and sound.I really wanted to reach out and see if there was any possibility that we could make it happen. I am glad that we did.”
