While news of the collaboration was leaked last week, today Kim Kardashiam West officially announced a SKIMS and Fendi collaboration. Offerings shown in campaign images reveal a full wardrobe of offerings ranging from bras and hosiery to bodycon dresses and a zip up jacket. Stepping up from SKIMS usual silhouettes, the capsule is highlighted by a sleeveless leather dress with draping at the bust. The dress is offered in a gradient of flesh tones ranging from light to dark. All items are co-branded with a SKIMS and Fendi repeat logo.

The collection was announced with a WSJ Magazine cover story featuring Kardashian and Fendi artistic director of womenswear and haute couture Kim Jones, who made his debut with the label with a haute couture collection presented in January 2021.
According to WSJ Magazine, the partnership took shape when Jones overheard women in his Fendi offices talking about SKIMS. In response, Kardashian West explained, “I sent him a bunch.”
Fittings for the collection were finalized at a marathon session in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in March 2021 that included Jones and Kardashian West’s respective teams.
As shot by Steven Meisel, the campaign stars Kardashian West, along with Precious Lee, Tianna St. Louis, Jessie Li and Grace Valentine.
Priced from $100-$4,200, the collection will launch on November 9, 2021 at 9:00 AM EST on fendiskims.com. No word on whether the collection will offer the same, wide range of sizing offered by SKIMS.
