GloRilla ft. Cardi B: "Tomorrow 2"

October 13, 2022. Leave a Comment

September has been a big month for women and rap music with A-list artists Cardi B and Nicki Minaj both releasing new music. Cardi was featured on a track with rising star GloRilla, while Minaj remixed her No. 1 hit “Super Freaky Girl” with features from five female rappers: City Girls‘ JT, BIA, Akbar V, Maliibu Miitch and Katie Got Bandz.

With JT and Akbar recording a song with Minaj when once they were loud and proud members of Team Cardi, it seemed inevitable there would be fall out. And indeed, the single spurred the ugliest of Twitter brawls with Cardi and Akbar taking verbal shots at each other seemingly for days on end.

In addition to music by the kings of the category, September was an important month for up-and-coming Bronx rapper Ice Spice, who signed a $3 million deal with 10K Projects.

In addition to the aforementioned artists, Snobette Sounds’ list of best new music includes music by or featuring Ari Lenox, Summer Walker, Ciara, Lakeyah, Flo Milli, DreamDoll, Kash Doll, Baby Tate, Kamaiyah, Coi Leray, Dess Dior, Bree Runway, Day Sulan and Rebebe.

Launched in August '22, @rumors.ae boasts an assortment of 8 scents that cleverly blend lighthearted, tongue-in-cheek humor in presentation with deep and complex fragrances. While playful in its themes, this collection isn't reminiscent of fruity or sweet scents; instead, its floral-themed packaging exudes sophistication and cosmopolitan vibes. Our top picks are 'She Said That', 'Whispers' and Love&War.

Currently, Rumors is not globally available yet, It's a brand to keep an eye on!

Announcing the news on X, Sasso wrote, "It is done. What happened to MeccaUSA? What happened to AlphaNumeric? What happened to PNB? What happened to 10.Deep? The particulars of the stories are different, but all had 'partnerships' with the same company, and the results ended up being the same.

"Today my ties to 10.Deep were severed once and for all. Big bank, takes little bank. But with what goal? I'm not sure of the answer to that question is. I think of what I've seen with the other brands that share the a similar history."
