Rumors of a Fendi and SKIMS collab are beginning to circulate. Images were previewed on Instagram Stories by a Selfridges personal shopper who noted she was taking pre-orders for the collection. Selfridges is among the handful of stores that stock SKIMS. In stories, she previewed a three-quarter-length and mini bodycon dress, and a cream-colored two-piece crop top and skirt set. Made from a stretchy knit, all three items were co-branded with embossed repeat logos.
Pricing was quoted as ranging from approximately $1,000-$1,300 for each of the items shown here. Lead by Kim Jones, the Italian luxury label is fresh off of creating a huge amount of buzz through a Versace collab, shown during Milan Fashion Week.
Back in July, SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian paid a visit to Rome with her four children. Rumors of a possible Fendi collaboration began to surface when she and members of her SKIMS team were spotted visiting Fendi’s Rome-based headquarters twice.

In 2019 when Karl Lagerfeld was still Fendi’s creative director, the label collaborated with Nicki Minaj on an extensive collection of clothing, bags, shoes and accessories.
Launched in 2019, SKIMS CEO Kim Kardashian is partnered with Jens Grede but retains a majority stake in the company, which Forbes valued at $500 million in April 2021. Earlier this year the brand was announced as the official loungewear sponsor for the Tokyo Olympics U.S. team. The label also made a big splash over the summer when Kate Moss was announced as an official ambassador.
As of now there’s no official timing for Fendi and SKIMS collab, though if the rumors are true the collection will launch in November.
