After wowing the world yesterday (September 1, 2017) with a video campaign introducing Rihanna’s new makeup line, Fenty Beauty, a making-of video has been revealed, providing another look at all the beauties included in the campaign. While there still aren’t images of packaging, the video shows makeup artist applying the makeup, providing a closer look at what’s included and the color offerings.
Models in the video include Slick Woods, Leomie Anderson, Selena Forrest, Duckie Thot, Halima Aden, Mallory Merk, Camila Costa and Paloma Elsesser, among others.
Slick Woods is a model fave for Rihanna, who tapped her to open her fall Fenty by Rihanna fall 2017 presentation in Paris. It’s interesting to note up-and-coming models Duckie Thot and Mallory Merk both appeared with Rihanna in her popular March 2017 Paper magazine shoot.
While the video doesn’t include product images, there are now multiple images is an image (below) showing the contents of a powder highlighter, which is embossed with the initials “FB.” The Twitter account that posted the image said she’s been informed by Rihanna the collection is cruelty free, in step with the practices of Kendo, the company producing the collection.
The collection drops on September 8th at midnight at Sephora, Harvey Nichols and Sephora for J.C. Penney.
